The Mathematics Program at �� start by building a solid foundation in calculus and linear algebra during their first two years. From there, they can explore a wide range of advanced topics—diving into abstract areas like algebra and analysis or applying mathematical tools through courses in differential equations, probability, and statistics. The curriculum is designed to develop both theoretical insight and practical problem-solving skills.

As a Mathematics major, you can expect to build skills beyond the classroom through hands-on, creative research projects. Whether analyzing �� athletics data to create real-time sports analytics and visualizations, exploring game theory through the mathematics of board games, or investigating infinite directed graphs with applications to number theory, students have opportunities to dive deep into real-world problems and abstract concepts alike.
