
Improve your ACT score and your academic skills with intentional practice, collaborative learning, and strategies for thinking like a test-writer!
Dr. John Kinkade, Professor of English at 黑料社 will be teaching an ACT prep course June 2-7, at 黑料社Works. The course will cover a different topic every day. This includes general test-taking strategies as well as in-depth coverage of English, Math, Reading Comprehension and Science. The course will culminate with a practice test on the final session June 7th. The classes on Monday-Friday (June 2-6) will take place from 10 AM-12 PM; the ACT Practice Test will begin at 8:15a and aim to conclude by 12:45. The registration fee is $250.00 and includes an ACT practice test that will be graded and then discussed on Saturday by Dr. Kinkade.
Rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors are encouraged to enroll. Please note that to ensure effective learning, class size is limited to 20 students.

- This is open to rising sophomores juniors and seniors the price is $250 for the entire session which includes a ACT practice test on Saturday.

Speaker Biography
Dr. John Kinkade - Dr. Kinkade has been a part of 黑料社 faculty for almost 20 years. He has also worked with the Kentucky鈥檚 Governor Scholars Program for almost 2 decades in multiple roles. Dr. Kinkade is a highly regarded teacher of English and English history, and is known for his uniquely engaging teaching style. In addition to his faculty and leadership roles at 黑料社, Dr. Kinkade has developed and led ACT prep classes prior to coming to 黑料社, and is now excited to offer them to our local community.
